All information given to us while ordering is strictly for our use only and will never be passed on to a third party. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.

Pricing & Payment Options:

We are not currently VAT registered. All prices advertised on this site are the final prices charged. Delivery prices and options are shown on the order form.

Custom and import duties are not included for orders placed outside the EEC. The customer is responsible for payment of any surcharges.

We accept payment via Paypal through secure online servers. No Paypal account is required to pay us online. All major credit cards are accepted. If you'd prefer to pay by cheque please call us with your order on 01223 834411.

Delivery:

Delivery options are selected automatically in your shopping cart.

Orders under £10 are sent free of charge.

Orders between £10 and £20 are priced at £5.00 p&p.

Orders between £20 and £100 are priced at £7.50 p&p.

Orders between £100 and £375 are priced at £15.00 p&p.

Orders over £375 are priced at £20.00 p&p.

For delivery outside of Mainland UK please call us for a quote.

If you would prefer to collect your order from our premises in Pampisford, Cambridgeshire please call us with your order on 01223 834411.

All orders are printed and framed or stretched to order. We aim to deliver all orders within 14-21 days. For print only options (no framing or canvas stretching required) orders will be posted out within 7 working days. If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will notify you as soon as possible.

Returns & Cancellation of Orders:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing. Please e-mail us at info@bigemptywall.com or call us on 01223 834411 to cancel your order.

All orders are checked before despatch. If, in any event items arrive damaged or defective we will make every effort to rectify the situation. If you receive damaged goods please let us know as soon as possible after receipt.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. Please e-mail us at info@bigemptywall.com or call us on 01223 834411 if you have any concerns about your delivery and wish to return it to us. As soon as we have heard from you we will give you details of how to return your order to us. If you wish the item to be replaced we will aim to send out your new item as soon as possible. If a refund is required we will refund you within 7 days of receipt of your returned item(s).

Items must be returned to us well packed, preferably in the original packaging, unless this is too damaged.
