St Paul's Cathedral: This view of the majestic St Paul's Cathedral is taken from the south side of the river. Building commenced in 1675 with the laying of the foundation stone. The Great Fire of London had damaged the original cathedral beyond repair. Sir Christopher Wren's masterpiece is also his burial place. This structure looks as awe inspiring today as it has ever done.
